Meet Our Manager's
Holly Simmons
(Front of House Manager)
Holly has been an integral part of
Uncle Jack's since November 2000.
She has worked all aspects of the
Front of the House and has proven to
be indispensable to Uncle Jack's
operations.  Those of you who know
this vivacious woman with her big
smile and red hair know why she is
so loved by us all. If your blinded by
something besides her smile next
time she serves you a drink check out
the new bling and tell her
congratulations on her engagement.
Joe Henderson
(Day Kitchen Manager)
Joe started with Uncle Jack's as a
Front of House Server. Joe then
moved to the kitchen as Sous Chef
before moving on to other
opportunities, temporarily. As a
member of the family we are glad
that Joe returned home and is now
managing day operations for the
restaurant. Among his many
gastronomical and organizational
skills, Joe is also the in house
horticulturist. Thank him for the
wonderful food and the beautiful
plants.
Steven Bauer
(Night Kitchen Manager)
Steven arrived at Uncle Jack's via the
Culinary School in Bartlesville, OK.
He started part time while
continuing his culinary education
and we are now thrilled that he is
with Uncle Jack's full time. Steven's
expertise includes creating nightly
specials, recipe development and
insuring that the flow during the
evening dining hours runs smoothly.
We look forward to the exciting
dishes and experiences that Steven
has in store for all of us.
