The Place For Fine Dining and Entertaining
WELCOME TO UNCLE JACK'S
Uncle Jack (Clark) was raised in Independence and later moved to New York City where he became a well-known fashion photographer and Renaissance Man. Jack was able to be here and share in the Grand opening of the restaurant on October 19, 2000. Jack passed away on February 28, 2002 but his memory lives on. Uncle Jack’s philosophy on life was “good food, good friends and good fun”, an ideology we hope to share with you at “Uncle Jack’s”.

We're mixing it up in the kitchen;

see what's special this week.
